The New Jersey-based iGaming and land-based gaming industries are doubtlessly one of the richest in the United States with massive gross gaming revenues generated regularly. The New Jersey-based gaming industry has enjoyed record numbers in the previous month. Several different online bookies active in this market had a genuinely successful October after generating gross gaming revenues of around $45.2 million which is a massive 69% increase when compared to the same period last year.

The figures have also risen significantly when compared to the figures for the month of September. As released by several news outlets and as shared on the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement’s official website, the figure for the month of October is was bigger for around $4.1 when compared to the previous record in generated gross gaming revenues that was set in September and August. Thanks to these rapidly rising numbers, fully state-licensed iGaming operators active on this market can potentially rack up their yearly tally to around $500 million.

Rising New Jersey Online Casino Gaming Revenues

Every single month, the major state regulator for the industry, the Division of Gaming Enforcement shares the previous month’s online gaming revenue for every company which is active in the market. Today, there is a great number of New Jersey-based online casinos and online sportsbooks that successfully operate many online brands such as Borgata, Caesars, Ocean Resort, Hard Rock AC, Golden Nugget, and Tropicana which are among the highest-earning companies for October.

The leaders are Borgata and Party Casinos which generated around $390K in poker revenues and around $7.3 million in casino revenue which equals $7.7 million generated in total. These casinos are followed by 888 Casino, Caesars and Harrah’s Casinos which generated around $690K in poker revenues, $3.5 million in casino revenues which equals $4.2 million generated in total. There are also Betfair and Golden Nugget Casinos which a massive casino revenue of $16 million.

Hard Rock AC Casino is also placed high on the list with a great $1.8 million generated from casino operations followed by Ocean Resort which generated around $543K in casino revenues and Resorts AC which generated $9.7 million in casino revenues and around $559K in poker revenues. Tropicana and Virgin Casinos had also a great October with total gaming revenues of around $3.8 million in casino revenues. The numbers significantly improved for sports betting operators as well.

New Jersey Online Sports Betting Revenues

The state of New Jersey started welcoming the very first online sports betting operators back in June of 2018. The first sportsbooks to open their virtual doors here were Borgata and Monmouth Park while today, this scene features almost twenty sportsbooks apps alongside ten retail sportsbooks. According to the official report released by the Division of Gaming Enforcement, the month of October was great for online bookies active on the scene including DraftKings, Fox Bet, and Resorts Sportsbooks which generated around $10 million in online sports betting revenues.

Borgata and BetMGM Sportsbooks are also high on the list with over $1.3 million in generated online sports betting revenues followed by Bally’s, Caesars and 888 Sports with $536K in generated revenues. The list also includes other prominent brands such as Tropicana, William Hill, Hard Rock, Unibet, Bet365, BetAmerica, Golden Nugget, Ocean Resort, theScore Bet, SugarHouse, FanDuel, and PointsBet. It is worth mentioning that the land-based gaming industry had also a great success in the previous month which was especially kind to the Atlantic City-based venues which generated in total $53 million from casino games, $147 from slot games and $1.7 million from poker games which equal to $202 million in total gaming revenues.
